Kathy has presented her research and educational programme to a wide audience of educators at primary, middle, secondary, and further education within the UK. Visiting from the U.S. several times each year since 1996, she has delivered courses, training sessions, keynote presentations, and train-the-trainer programmes to thousands of teachers. Because of the success of her work with schools and from educators' thoughtful appreciation for ViewPoints on Style, Kathy now collaborates closely with the National College for School Leadership to provide a module on style for its "Leading from the Middle" (LFtM) programme.

"I am honoured to have my work shared throughout the UK and look forward to working with educators in their mission to teach all children."

Chris has collaborated with Kathleen Butler since 1993 to adapt the ViewPoints approach to the UK. A passionate educator and dedicated professional, Chris has led the movement to develop a thoughtful programme about personal style and its implications for teaching and learning.

“ I am committed to helping teachers reflect on their stylistic strengths in order to understand the foundations of teaching and learning style differences. By working from the strengths of teachers and students, we can bring out the best in all and get the learning results we desire.”

Martin brings to the team a wealth of experience as headteacher, LEA advisor and most recently as a member of staff at the National College for School Leadership.

This is the most interesting and exciting work I have undertaken over many years in education. I  see the potential for improving practice, encouraging teachers to observe their pupils in a different light and add new dimensions to the way they work with children.”
